Kitchen Remodel

Kitchen Renovation

Completed in April 2011, this kitchen renovation opened up the existing kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area to create a unique, light-filled entertaining and cooking space. A series of skylights were integrated within the existing truss bays to distribute daylight throughout the front of the house, tying the spaces together. In the kitchen, a contemporary palet of woods and white laminate were used, integrating efficient storage, efficient fixtures , and a composting/recycling/trash station. A stainless steel countertop with integral sink provides a durable, easy to maintain, and very hygenic work surface. Don't miss the solid sawn walnut bar top, custom wine rack, custom range hood and, well, I guess it's really all custom. All cabinetry was built by Jonathan Plummer of Bunchberry Woodworking
